New version of Bosque
Saturday, 05 July 2008

The main change on this version is that now Bosque includes Gblocks . Gblocks is a tool for the selection of conserved blocks from multiple alignments for their use in phylogenetic analysis.  It eliminates poorly aligned positions and divergent regions of an alignment of DNA or protein sequences. These positions may not be homologous or may have been saturated by multiple substitutions and it is convenient to eliminate them prior to phylogenetic analysis.

Now you can use this program for your alignments in Bosque.
